Technical Specifications

Reference 714: high temperature two-piece ball valve Our reference 714 is a two-piece ball valve designed for high temperatures applications: this valve tolerates a wide range of temperatures extending from -20 °C up to +200 °C. Body and solid ball are in CF8M stainless steel. The seat is in 15% graphite-filled PTFE, which adds a certain number of advantages: a good thermal and electrical conductivity, less wear for metal parts, low permeability, to quote a few. Coming in sizes ¼'' to 2'', this fitting device has BSP female threaded connections and allows a maximum pressure of 63 bar whatever the diameter (ISOBAR), except with steam (11 bar maximum). However, it is mainly used for solar applications and high temperature fluids in general. Our high temperature two-piece ball valve also enjoys a variety of technical specifications: Full bore Anti-blowout stem Locking handle Double antistatic device Tightness according to TA LUFT certification: body gasket and gland are in PTFE with graphite to limit leaks and fugitive emissions Compatibility with ATEX zones
